Food Block

The food block represents aquaponics.

We chose aquaponics because it’s a great source of veggies, fruit, and protein using a closed loop sustainable system.

In the game, the aquaponic food block is 600 sqft and produces 10 lbs of food per day.

For now, needs per aquaponic block per day are as follows:

• 2 hours of work

• 25 kWh of energy

• 10 gallons of water

In our full game, specific crops and fish species produced will be listed along with the specific tasks it takes to keep this system running.
